Change email account password
If you still have access to your email account and want to change the password, below are the steps to do that. If you do not have access and need the password reset, please follow the instructions in this KB article instead.
To change the email account password, please do the following:
- Login to webmail at webmail.<yourDomain.tld> (i.e. webmail.ddtechsolutions.com)
- Once logged in, please click on the Usermin tab, then the Login link, and then the Change Password link.
- On the Change Password page, please enter in your current password, and then re-enter the new password you’d like in the two boxes below the current password box.
- Once ready, click the Change Now button to finalize the change.
Once the above steps are complete, the password is then changed to the password entered in the New password box and the New password again box. You will need to logout and log back in to see the change.
